HITECH make Die Formed Rings are manufactured from high purity Graphite Sheet. These are moulded from grafoil tapes in a precision dies through moulding press. These rings are available in various configuration and sizes which can further be customized as per the requirements of our clients. It has excellent chemical resistance and find application in high temperature 'Fluid Sealing' systems. We can also supply die formed rings made from other synthetic yarns to meet our client's demands.

HITECH Style 999 is a versatile sealing ring which is manufactured from flexible pure Graphite. Bonnet Sealing Rings are available with the reinforcement of S.S. Wire net or S.S. Sheet as per the given specification or client’s application such as in MS HRH Systems. It can also be supplied with multi-layered metallic wire mesh, especially for CRH NRV System. It can withstand high temperature & pressure and has excellent mechanical strength. The Self Sealing Ring is available in BHEL to cross sectional profile, Angular TOA profile or Square/Rectangular profile.

The custom made rings offer precise dimensions, densities & sealing efficiency for critical applications in all kind of dynamic & static fluid handling equipments. It is a self lubricated packing with extremely low friction characteristics and is available in endless form, two halves oblique cut, single oblique cut etc. It is also available with metal inserts for greater mechanical strength.
Applications: Extremely suitable for valves handling thermic fluids, boiler feed water, solvents, acids & alkali, Superheated & Saturated Steam handling control valves at high pressure.
