HITECH make Carbon Gland Packings are manufactured from high structural Carbon fiber yarns. These packings exhibits self-lubrication properties and are non-hardening. These packings are thermally stable and have high thermal conductivities which allows them to be used at higher temperatures. Also, these packings are inert to most chemicals and have low coefficient of friction.

A high-grade Pure Carbon Filament Yarn Packing's reinforced with Inconel Wire and impregnated with a custom made High-Performance Graphite based lubricant and incorporating corrosion inhibitors to prevent pitting. This packing has high mechanical strength & dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction and excellent resistance to chemicals. It can withstand higher temperature & pressure as compared to Hitech Style 915.
